Not only has the Naples garbage crisis spread into Italian cities it has managed to make it into Germany. The garbage has been officially received, but grudgingly .Germany has stepped in to help resolve the Naples trash crisis by accepting 30,000 tons of household waste from Naples. A spokesperson for the city government said the burning of the trash in a local waste incinerator would not become a regular occurrence. The 30,000 tons will be disposed of over the next six months.
